 Sangareddy, Feb 8: MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was shifted to Sangareddy for production in the court here on Friday.
He was brought here amid tight security from the Adilabad district jail. He is facing charges of abusing the then collector during a road widening work in 2005. His brother and party MP Asaduddin Owaisi is also an accused in the case. Both got bail in the case. However as Akbar has been facing hate speech charges in Adilabad, Nizamabad and several other districts apart from cases in New Delhi and Bangaluru, he continues to be under remand in the Adilabad jail. Akbar was on Thursday produced in the Nizamabad court and taken back to Adilabad.
