Performances
Vijay Sethupathy who featured in national award winning Tamil film 'Thenmerku Paruvakatru' and later in 'Sundarapandian' excelled in the role. He became backbone of the film bringing in variety of expressions which are important in horror, thriller based films. His show of fear, nervousness makes viewers engrossed in the film. Remya Nambeesan and others did full justice to their roles.
Analysis
Director Karthik Subburaj came with a perfect script and executed it with perfection. He showed he has command over screenplay and direction. He is well supported by all the technical team. Director maintained the thrill factor through out the film and viewers never get bored watching it. Viewers never get their predictions right in the film, which speaks volumes of director's talent. However lack of commercial elements and Tamil nativity leaves negative impact on the film. Songs disappoint movie lovers, acting as speed breakers.
