Vijay Kumar (Vijay Kumar) is a rich contractor known for his kind heart and helping nature. He brings an orphan to home and gives him the status of second son. While the elder one Chakravarthy (Mohan Babu) grows up as a good contractor like his father, Kalyan (Sharwanand) becomes a rich spoilt brat who only enjoys his life with friends.

Kalyan fell in love with Sneha (Survin Chawla) tries to woo her. Sneha who knows about Kalyan character rejects his love sending Kalyan into depression. Ramya (Ramya Krishna- wife of Mohan Babu) intervene and requests Sneha to befriendly with Kalyan so that he will come out of the depression and change his nature.

Sneha starts liking Kalyan after moving close with him. In a horrifying incident, Kalyan runs into Nazar (Sneha father) resulting in later death. Sneha shocked to see Kalyan’s ill treating behavior after the accident and hates him more than ever. Police arrest Kalyan and only way he can be bailed out is if Sneha withdraws the complaint. Sneha agrees to withdraw the complaint only if Chakravarthy gives up all his property for her.

Rest of the story is whether Chakravarthy sacrificed the whole property to save his brotheror not, Will Kalyan comes out of jail and become a changed person and lot more ……

Heroine Survin Chawla is neat and need to work on her body language. Second heroine Tashu Kaushik added glamour and it is a visual treat to watch her in songs.

Sunil looked trim and comedy by Brahmanandam, MS Narayana and others failed to generate laugh. While Jaya Sudha made a brief appearance, Jaya Prakash Reddy role is routine.

Chakri music failed to give good songs but the background score is OK. Cinematography was neat in the songs and few intense scenes. Editing was alright and costumes, art department was also playing a significant role.

Production values are high and producer should be commended for choosing a family drama with sentiment in these days.

On the whole, it is a family drama which could be watched by the entire family by sitting together. The film could have been a lot better if it was dealt in proper way by adding some lighter moments and crisp script. While there is no story in the first half, the second half is over dosed with sentiment.
