When Allari Naresh movie with funny title releases obviously the expectations are high with the comedy genre audience.And it is doubled when his father and king of comedy EVV directed the film.
Bendu Appa Rao (Naresh) who is an RMP doctor in Bobbaralanka village is known for his Hastavaasi (he can cure any decease). Though he is not qualified to be a doctor, he manages to cure them in his own way and luckily he is successful. All his earnings are merely enough to satisfy the needs of his sadist brother in law.
In one of those treatment episodes he saves Padma (Kamna) from suicide attempt and wins her heart. The story takes a turn when Appa Rao and his friends Srinivas Reddy and Uttej com across a dying person Sivaji. Sivaji hands over a cash of Rs.15.00 lakhs and requested them to give it to his parents. Two friends force Appa Rao to share the money as no one else knows about it.But Appa Rao who is kind at heart sincerely tries to locate Sivaji family but couldn’t locate them.
After failing to locate the Sivaji family, three friends share some portion of the money and use the remaining for the villagers’ noble causes. However, a young school teacher Magana transfers to the village and she along with her parents relocate to the village.She is not only teacher but also Sivaji’s sister.What happens next is the rest of the story.
