Two friends Bhavani (Mukesh Rushi) and Narsimha (Jayaprakash Reddy) become foes due to the dirty tricks played by Yadu (Ashsih Vidyarthi). Bhavani and Narsimha run their businesses in the city while Yadu runs a big cricket betting racket in Hong Kong.
 
Bhavani wants to keep his son Ram (Kalyan Ram) away from the gang rivalry and hence he sends him away abroad for studies. Ram however comes back and starts attacking  Narsimha and his men. Later he comes to know about the evil man behind their rivalry and goes to Hong Kong and takes revenge on Yadu. He falls in love with Anjali (Hansika Motwani) who is a fashion designer  while in Hong Kong. Anjali is none other than the daughter of Narsimha.
 
Ram and Anjali now decide to bring their two families together and for this they hatch a plan whereby Anjali enters Ram’s house and Ram enters Anjali’s house. How they go about achieving their mission forms the basis for the remaining part of the story.

Music by Taman is average despite a couple of hot beat songs. Background score was suitable. Cinematography by Dasaradhi Sivendra is a plus. Dialogues by Ravi are good. Costumes were nice, art department was impressive in songs. Fights were upto the mark. Production values are high.

On the whole Jayeebhava is a neat film without any vulgarity and hence can be watched by the entire family for time pass, but not with any high expectation.
