Telangana heat for Ravi Teja film

Film unit of ‘Daruvu’ of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja had to beat a hasty retreat from a shooting spot in the city, due to Telangana agitation on Wednesday.

Shooting of the film was in progress at the RTC Hospital in Tarnaka when Telangana agitators barged in and obstructed the shooting. Raising Telangana slogans, they are reported to have damaged some lights.

Ravi Teja has left the spot immediately. Shooting was also immediately stopped by the unit. Police who plunged into action have arrested the agitators. The unit is reported to be making preparations to complete the shooting at a different location. Producers of the film are preparing to release the film on March 15. Some parts of the film were earlier shot at Bangkok.
