New Delgi, Feb 4: Eversince 2G spectrum scam was unearthed,it's ghosts started haunting Home Minister Chidambaram however hard UPA which is ruling at the Centre tried to save him.

When SC ench consisting of Justices GS.Singhvi and AK.Ganguly left it for trial court to decide on Subramanya Swamy's plea to make Chidambaram key accused, the Govt claimed moral victory. But it is a temporary relief and his case at Trial Court presided by special CBI Judge Op.Saini will be coming to hearing today.

Earlier he had reserved order for today after completing all hearing. Swamy allege  Chidambaram was equally culpable like former telecom minister A Raja as he too had a role in deciding spectrum pricing and allowing telecom companies to off-load shares to foreign firms.
