New Delhi, Feb 5: Dr. Subramanya Swami who is undeterred with trial court striking off his petition seeking to make Home Minister Chidambaram accused in 2G case, once again went hammer and tongs on Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal for his statement of zero loss on spectrum allocations. 

He said Sibal do not know any numbers other than zero. Swami vowed to go to higher court with in one month though the trial court provided him three months time for appeal. He says he will not leave the case until all involved in the scam are punished.
