New Delhi, Feb 14: There are many places in India which don't even have proper basic facilities even after the country got its Independence long back. People suffer without food, water, electricity, roads, houses, transportation and many other things. 

Many feel that if the constituency is represented by a MLA or MP or Minister there will be sea change in the conditions. But ground reality is totally different as to everyone's surprise high profile constituencies Amethi and Raebareli which voted continuously for Nehru dynasty right from the beginning suffer from the same poor conditions. 

People in Amethi and Raebareli don't have water, electricity and road transport even though they were and are represented by most powerful political family 'Gandhi'. Right from Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul none of them cared for the common public.
