Prabhu Deva attracted with his performance. He surprised all with his stunning dancing moves. Hansika attracted with her glamour but she got limited scope to perform. Revathi attracted taking everyone by surprise as a gangster.
Others like Anandaraj, Munishkanth, Rajendran,Sathyan,Mansoor Ali Khan, Yogi Babu, Madhusudhan Rao, Ambani Shankar,TM.Karthik,Vela Ramamurthy performed according to their roles.
RS.Anand Kumar elevated the film with his cinematography. Vivek's music did not attract movie lovers. None of the songs made any impact. Songs placement acted as speedbrakers slowing the tempo. Mervin's background score blasted the ears scaring everyone.
Vijay's editing left a lot to be desired as many drags are present throughout the film. Kalyan should have worked on the script and concentrated on the execution. Production values are good.
Silly comedy scenes
Kalyan on debut decided to attract movie lovers with out and out hilarious entertainer. He started off on a interesting note with treasure hunt but fizzles out with the passage of time with illogical and silly scenes.
Except for few comedy scenes here and there which evoked few laughs despite being irrelevant, the film irritated testing the patience of the viewers. Kalyan though got the interesting script, failed with his story, screenplay and direction. He tried to cover the loopholes trying to attract masses with obscene dialogues on women. But it did not work out as many moved embarrassingly in the theatres.
Gulaebaghavali for movie lovers 'bali'.
