To find out why Nandini hates dance and whether Lakshmi goes to Pride Of India and what she has got to do with Krishna/VK(Prabhu Deva) and Yusuff(Salman Yussuf),enjoy Lakshmi on screen.

Performance

Prabhu Deva attracted with his dances but his looked miserable with his expressions and emotions. Aishwarya Rajesh failed to get her expressions right and she came with a stone faced pace all the time.

Satyam Rajesh is ok while Kovai Sarala as the principal is annoying. Ditya Bhande and other kids attracted with their dancing moves. Others like ,Satyam Rajesh,Salman Yusuf performed according to their roles.

Technical

Sam CS's music is ok and background score could have been better. Nirav Shah's cinematography is average. Choreography is good and elevated the film. Editing of Anthony could have been better as there are many drags in the film.

AL.Vijay could have added few twists and turns and elevated the scenes to generate more interest. Production values are good.

Analysis

AL.Vijay tried to attract movie lovers dazzling his way to success at the box office with a dance based film. However except for the choreography he failed completely with his story, screenplay and direction.

The film right from the start to finish lacked real twists and thrills and even the emotions and expressions are missing among the characters turning the film into an expressionless torture.

All the scenes looked artificial and tested the patience of the movie lovers. The emotional conflict is missing between the lead play and the film looked far from reality.

Final Talk

Lakshmi fails to sparkle.
