Veera Raghava (NTR) tones down his anger and emotions after he happens to meet Aravinda (Pooja Hegde), an anthropology student at National Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad.

However soon Aravinda and her parents realize that Veera Raghava is a burning volcano out to explode any moment.

To find out the reason behind Veera Raghava swallowing burning volcano remaining silent and the connection between him and Basi Reddy (Jagapathi Babu), enjoy Aravinda Sametha on silver screen.

Young Tiger NTR once again showed why he is a bundle of talent. He slipped into the role effortlessly and showed terrific expressions and emotions. His screen presence stunned all and his energy levels are exceptional. He dominated everyone with his performance.

His dialogue delivery is superb and showed his dancing skills in the only foot tapping song. He thrilled all bringing variations in expressions and emotions, taking everyone by surprise with his remarkable transformation from scene to scene.

Be it romance, violence, peace, he showed all the Nava Rasas to drive all his fans and masses crazy. Despite all this one feels disappointed that the director did not bring the optimum out of NTR. This is not the fault of the director but NTR's abundant inborn talent gifted by God.

Pooja Hegde attracted with her screen presence and performance. She attracted with her looks and dialogues. However fans will be disappointed as her glamour treat is very minimal. Esha Rebba performed well in the limited screen presence she got.

Jagapathi Babu looked menacing with his looks and he came with powerful performance in the negative role. Others like Naga Babu,Naresh, Rao Ramesh, Supriya Pathak,Naveen Chandra,Devayani,Sitara,Brahmaji,Eshwari Rao justified their performances according to the story.

Thaman's music and songs are situational. Except for one song, none of the songs gave scope for NTR to showcase his exceptional dancing moves. He elevated the scenes with his background score.

Cinematography of PS.Vinod beautified the scenes giving a new feel to viewers. Naveen Nooli could have chopped off few drags in the film which would have made better impact to the end product.

Trivikram could have added few entertaining elements, toned down preachy dialogues and fastened the screenplay  by adding few more twists and turns for better result. Production values are good.

Plus Points

NTR's power packed performance

Emotional message

Conflict point and scenes elevating it

Minus Points

Predictable story

Missing Trivikram mark, Screenplay and direction

Missing romance, youthful elements

No entertainment

Preachy scenes dominating heroics

Trivikram Srinivas known as the wizard of words teamed with NTR for the first time and this increased expectations on Aravinda Sametha. Trivikram who faced the biggest failure in his career when his much expected film Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi, had a huge responsibility to deliver a hit.

Trivikram came with a high voltage action entertainer with a faction backdrop and starts off with a high octane action scene full of emotions. He took NTR's heroism to peaks with the scene showing off NTR's six pack abs in a natural and realistic manner.

He then slips into the narration slowly but from then on intensity dips down with all the characters preaching peace and NTR taking a backseat before the interval bang. Interval bang is good and it increases the expectations on the second half.

Second half picks up pace with conflict between NTR and the rivals but after few scenes the narration turns routine with movie lovers moving restlessly. But Trivikram pulled it back and erased the routine scenes elevating the intensity levels in the run up to the climax and bring the story to an end in a different manner.

However for all the twists and turns, Trivikram in his quest to elevate the heroism of NTR, sacrificed his trademark witty one liners and dialogues. His mark is missing completely and lack of entertainment will definitely disappoint viewers.

The predictable story, routine narration except for few twists and turns, preachy dialogues and sentimental scenes with missing humour will make Aravinda hard to digest for movie lovers but fans and masses will lover NTR's power packed performance.

Their only complaint will be missing fast beats which could have elevated the dancing skills of NTR on silver screen. B,C centers may love the film with few reservations but A centers may find it difficult.

Final Talk

Aravinda Sametha attracts with its emotions.
