Strong rumours on merging of YSRCP with...
Amaravathi: Believe or not but BJP has been exploring ways and means to become strong in Andhra Pradesh. While the fact is that Naidu does not want to break ties with its poll ally BJP, rumours are going strong that BJP wants to have YSR Congress party merged with them.

According to a media report it is learnt that BJP is offering a helping hand to Jagan in his cases and luring him for the merger. The report said that Jagan is okay for the merger after the election but not before as he fears losing Muslim and the Christian vote bank.

Political circles in AP are discussing on this already and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu expressed shock over the impossible combination.

It was learnt that a similar proposal came from AP Congress and it wanted to have YSRCP merged with them but since the Congress party did not win single seat, Jagan dropped the idea.

According to political observers, even Jagan has to do something to stop exodus of his party members and the merger with BJP can be a saving grace for YSR Congress.

Will Jagan's approve of this or not remains seen.
