TV9 CEO damage control?

Hyderabad: TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash donated 4 cr towards construction of a new 200-bed multi-specialty hospital in Kuchipudi village. This was taken up under the SiliconAndhra initiative and the hospital will provide accessible medical services to the poor of Kuchipudi as well as 70 surrounding villages.

The initiative will benefit people of these villages to get medical aid instead of traveling all the way to Vijayawada. Sanjivani will also have specialized departments like general medicine, surgery, cardiology,  gynaecology and pediatrics and houses two ICUs, five OTs and also comprehensive diagnostic laboratory.

TV9 did this as part of their CSR works. Looks like TV9 has been working hard on building the trust and reputation it had lost in the recent times after Sri Reddy episode and Cobra Post sting expose. The channel could otherwise focus telecast of problems and conduct positive debates instead of trumpeting for a particular party.
