CBN gets non bailable warrant-Is it a drama
Amaravati: AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and 14 other ministers along with Devineni Uma got non bailable warrants turning all the rumours turn true. Dharmabad Court of Maharasthra on Thursday issued  not bailable warrant against all of them after hearing a PIL.

The case was pertaining eight years ago when CBN, the then opposition leader along with his 14 MLAs entered Babli project, violating the ban imposed in the region. He was arrested by the cops and later released.

The case was reopened by a petitioner and subsequently the Court issued non bailable warrant. But many say this is a drama enacted by Chandra Babu to gain sympathy and attack PM Modi over the issue.

It is known that actor Shivaji for long had been going on record that PM Modi is enacting Operation Garuda to eliminate CM Chandra Babu Naidu. Right after the non bailable warrant TDP leaders started accusing PM Modi for the notices.

But anaysts say Chandra Babu got his supporter file a PIL against him in Dharmabad court and wantonly defied the court orders by not appearing in front of it and finally ensured that he gets a non bailable warrant. Inside talk is CBN should have actually received notices for Polavaram corruption, note for vote scam, polavaram corruption etc. Analysts say opposition leaders Jagan and Pawan saw through CBN's designs and so did not respond to these developments.
