Hyderabad: Sparks flew between Telangana caretaker CM KCR's son KTR and Andhra Octopus Lagadapati Rajagopal, after KTR shared a whatsapp chat with Lagadapati who predicted TRS victory in the elections following Lagadapati's recent survey claims that Congress-TDP Praja Kutami will come to power in Telangana.
This led to many suspicions over Lagadapati's surveys which often comes with lot of authenticity. Now Lagadapati speaking to scribes, clarified the entire issue saying he met KTR at his close relatives house on Sep 17th and during that time KTR asked his help in the coming elections.
He said he asked KTR to change the sitting MLAs as otherwise the party will be in deep trouble. He said he also asked KTR to go with TDP for which KTR replied that TRS will go all alone.
He said KTR later messaged him that he gave him good suggestions and recommendations. Lagadapati continued saying he conducted survey in 37 constituencies by Nov 11 and he informed KTR that Congress had advantage. He said he once again messaged to KTR on 20th November telling him that TRS would get 65-70 and Praja Kutami 35-40 due to confusion in seat sharing. Lagadapati said however in the past few days, people's mood changed dramatically.
