Mega Star Chiranjeevi's upcoming entertainer Sye Raa-Narasimha Reddy directed by Surender Reddy is becoming the topic of discussion in the film circles. Chiranjeevi after making a powerful comeback with his 150th film Khaidi No 150 on silver screen after a gap of ten long years, decided to show is power with a biopic on India's first freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
Filmmakers roped in powerful cast like Big B Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanatara, Pragya Jaiswal, Jagapathy Babu, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupapti, Nassar, Mukesh Rishi, Ravi Kishan, Jaya Prakash, Subba Raju and others. Rahman is the music director for the film.
Film's regular shoot got delayed and sources say shooting will start from Diwali. The film's regular shoot was supposed to start during Dasara. Sources say the reason for the delay is Mega Power Star Ram Charan, son of Chiranjeevi who is producing the film.
It is known that Ram Charan is shooting for his film Rangasthalam 1985. Sources say it is becoming difficult for Cherry to look after Sye Raa production activities and at the sametime shoot for Rangasthalam. So he is planning to wrap-up Rangasthalam to concentrate on Sye Raa and so postponed the film's regular shoot. Apart from it, makers are erecting extravagant sets for Sye Raa shoot in overseas and they are still in the initial stages. So Cherry decided to take the project without keeping any deadlines.
