Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika -The Queen of Jhansi is progressing in full swing and now shocking news is coming that Manikarnika is borrowing from Jodha Akbar. It is known that Hrithik Roshan starred in Jodha Akbar and they earlier erected extravagant sets for the film shoot in Karjat.
Now Manikarnika makers are using the same sets to shoot key scenes where Kangana as Manikarnika saves villagers, children and animals troubled by the Britishers.
This came as a surprise as Kangana and Hrithik are fighting bitter personal battles in courts. A source shares “To make the tale intriguing there are a few scenes added, where Rani Laxmibai helps the people and saves them and their animals from the atrocities committed by the British. This will definitely bring out more love and affection for Laxmibai.”
Sharing the scene, a source revealed “One fine day, the Britishers enter Dalitwada and torment the villagers and their animals. They take away a calf that belongs to Jhalkaribar. No sooner does Laxmibai come to know of it, she immediately goes on horseback and manages to bring the calf back to Dalitwada after a huge fight. She hands over the animal to Jhalkaribai and wins the hearts of the Dalit villagers.”
