Hyderabad: Infighting over allocation of tickets is continuing in Telangana Congress party. Now even as the Congress is trying its best to pacify the disgruntled leaders who did not get tickets due to Mahakutami alliance compulsions, Congress president Rahul Gandhi is getting numerous shocks.
Former Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy's son Karthik Reddy quit the party after TDP was allocated the Rajendranagar assembly constituency.
Karthik Reddy who contested from Chevella in 2014 has been aspiring to contest from Rajendra Nagar. However TDP which won with massive margin from Rajendranagar in 2014 got the constituency as a part of alliance understanding. Karthik sent his resignation letter to TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy demanding the seat or accept the resignation.
