Rahman came with intense performance as a cop who is out to solve the case. He showed good expressions and his body language is perfect as a cop. One gets a feeling that he could have shown even better expressions.
Prakash Vijayaraghavan looked good as a smart constable, who shows interest as a new joinee.
Others like Kunal Kaushik, Anjana Jayaprakash,Yashika Anand performed well according to their roles.
Jakes Bejoy's background score elevated the film. Cinematography of Sujith is attractive and complimented the other departments. Editing is good and could have been better in the second half. Production values are good.
Karthick Naren could have increased pace in the second half. He could have avoided confusion by constantly switching between one and other case.
Karthik's Story, Screenplay, Direction
Lack of commercial elements
Confusing narration at times
Karthick Naren on debut surprised all with the crime thriller. He does not indulge in any commercial templates like B-grade comedy, songs and dances and also misfit costumes. He sticks to the main theme and the way he narrated the story from the start to finish leave all glued to the screens keeping everyone guessing what happens next.
First half ends with a good interval bang. However in the middle of the second half, film slows down testing the patience of the viewers. However pace picks up in the pre climax and climax and the ending surprises all. As shown in the title, every detail counted in the film narration and Karthik ensured that there are no loose ends in the story. Karthik's story, screenplay and direction is gripping.
Interest do not diminish in the film at any moment. However Karthik switching from one case to another ends in confusing viewers.
