Story

Influential industrialist in Dubai Devraj alias DR (Kabir Duhan Singh) and Minister Papa Rao (Raghu Babu) appoints Police Officer Catherine (Tanya Hope) to investigate the chain murders of Monty (Pruthvi), Chor Bajar Lala (Kalakeya Prabhakar) and others.

They get a huge shock when they find out that a 60 year old man Patel S.I.R (Jagapathi Babu) is on a mission to eliminate them. To find out the mystery behind these murders, watch Patel S.I.R on silver screen.

Performance

Jagapathi Babu slipped into the role effortlessly. He performed well and showed different kind of expressions and emotions. He attracted with his stylish looks and getup.

Kabir Duhan Singh attracted with his macho looks as a villain but he did not get much scope to show his acting talent. Tanya Hope showed adequate mannerisms as the police officer.

Otheres like Aamani, Padmapriya, Pruthvi, Kalakeya Prabhakar,Subhalekha Sudhakar performed accordingly. Posani's comedy did not work out well.

Technical

Vasanth's songs are nothing new and do not attract viewers. His background score is good. Editing of Gautam Raju could have been far better throughout the film. Cinematography of Shyam K Naidu is good.

Director Vasu Parimi should have worked on the story and the script before proceeding ahead with the film. Production values are not up to the mark.

Analysis

Vasu Parimi tried to cash in to the new found craze for Jagapathi Babu's hot villain looks and planned to show him in the lead role. Though he attracted showing Jagapathi Babu in a stylish manner and good role, he failed with his story, screenplay and direction.

Right from the start to finish, the film drags at a snail's pace and reminds one of a serial. Except for the interval block which generate interest, nothing drastic happens in the first half. Second half too sails in the similar manner and only in the climax, director surprises with a twist but viewers by that time lost all interest as already the film has been dragged a lot.

Final Talk

Patel S.I.R fails to reach the success point.
