Story

Software Engineer Varun (Srinivas Reddy) and fashion designer Pallavi (Siddhi Idnani) fall in love and enter into wedlock much against the wishes of their parents. But with in no time, differences crop in and they decide to get divorce.

To fasten the process they meet lawyer Harischandra Prasad (Posani Krishna Murali),who is on the verge of completing the 100th divorce case by getting divorce to Varun and Pallavi and enter into Guinness Book of World Records.

However they will be in for a shock and circumstances change quickly in such a manner that they Varun and Pallavi find that their souls swapped their bodies. To find out the mystery behind these developments, watch Jamba Lakidi Pamba on silver screen.

Performance

Srinivas Reddy who is known for his hilarious acts, this time however failed to tickle the bones with his antics. He just passed through the motions in his role which lacked the fire power to attract the viewers. He looked routine in his antics as a male and also as a female in his expressions.

Siddhi Idnani who made her debut with this film, looked good. She got a good role and tried to do full justice. Though she attracted with her body language, she failed with her lip sync. She is OK with her expressions and much to the surprise of all ,she even enacts stunts.

Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore's comedy did not work out. Others like Tanikella Bharani, Satyam Rajesh, Dhanraj, Raghu Babu, Jayaprakash Reddy, Shakalaka Shankar, Hariteja, Sudha got limited roles to show their talent.

Technical

Gopi Sundar who is known for his melodious tunes failed miserably with his music. None of his songs and music attracted movie lovers. Even the background score failed to make any impact. Satish Muthyala too failed to beautify the film with his cinematography. The film lacked the attractive visuals and many felt that he forget the importance of cinematography.

Bikkina Tammiraju who edited the film left many drags which tested the patience of the viewers. Murali Krishna should have included twists and turns according to the tastes of the genex movie lovers. Production values are below standard.

Analysis

When comedian Srinivasa Reddy teamed with director Murali Krishna and announced a film titled Jamba Lakidi Pamba, everyone got interested and expected the repeat of the yesteryear hit's magic on silver screen. Though Murali Krishna got good idea to make use of the same plot, he failed to generate interest with his story, screenplay and direction. He came with a routine story and failed with his uninteresting and insipid screenplay and direction.

Right from the start to the finish, not even single scene attracted the attention of the viewers. He failed with his narration and execution. Movie lovers who hoped to get wholesome entertainment from Srinivas Reddy, instead got immense torture with the listless and senseless story, screenplay and direction

Final Talk

Jamba Lakidi Pamba gives no joy, only torture jolt.
