Analysis

Director Lakshman Karya came to attract viewers with a youthful romantic entertainer with values. He showed the feelings and behaviour of young guys and girls when they fall in love and how guys behave once they win over the girl’s love.

He attracted with their characterization without going overboard and including forced cheap and double meaning dialogues. However he failed to do the same with their parents. Their characters looked just dramatic and cinematic.

The first half is fine with realistic scenes and interval block is good despite the slow narration. The second half however drags a lot with lot of preachy dialogues testing the patience of the viewers. The climax turned out to be extremely routine. Director came with a simple story and attracted to some extent with his screenplay and direction. Had he included few entertaining elements, result would have been even better. The film may attract class viewers, youngsters but may not connect with B,C centres.

Final Talk

Happy Wedding robs happiness with its slowness.
