Karthik ( Sudheer Babu) manager of a software company Isprout works relentlessly to realize his dream of flying to US and in the process remain isolated to the outside world including his father (Nassar ) till circumstances force film to meet Meghana (Nabha Natesh), a short film actor.
This brings in sea change in his professional and personal life. To find out more about it, enjoy Nannu Dochukunduvate on silver screen.
Sudheer Babu slipped into the role of a young software engineer serious in realizing his dreams undeterred by external factors. He attracted with his looks, dances and to some extent with his expressions and emotions. However he could have still worked on his expressions.
Nabha Natesh, the debutante stole the hearts of all with her bubbly and lively performance. She with her expressions and emotions, acted as a live wire in the film.
Others like Nassar, Tulasi , Prabhas Sreenu performed according to their roles.
Ajaneesh B Loknath's music is just average. Couple of songs are well shot. However he attracted with his background score elevating the scenes. Editing of Chota K Prasad could have been crispy as there are many drags in the film which slowed the pace, testing the patience of the viewers.
Cinematography of Suresh Ragutu is beautiful as he captured the scenic locations in a realistic manner. Director RS. Naidu could have added few more twists and turns and few entertainment elements along with chopping few scenes for better results. Production values are good.
Emotional and sentiment scenes
Story, Screenplay, Direction
Lack of humor
Lack of commercial elements
Director RS Naidu on debut came with a romantic entertainer to attract movie lovers. He narrated the film at his own pace and the slow narration tested the patience of the viewers.
The story is nothing new and extremely predictable till the end. Right through the film he maintained the seriousness, making everyone wonder what's wrong with him and all the characters. The first half ends on a slow note in a simple manner with increased hopes of fast second half.
However the second half turns even more serious with extreme emotional and sentimental scenes taking over. Though the dialogues sometimes are powerful and made strong impact, the slow pace, lack of twists and turns and predictable screenplay and direction, tested the patience of the movie lovers. It is difficult for all sections to digest the film as it turned out to be a below average entertainer.
Nannu Dochukunduvate fails to steal the hearts of all.
