Rating: 1.5/5.0

FBI officer Balwant Thakoor (Abhimanyu Singh) sets out to investigate mystery murders in USA and find out that the lives of FIDO Pharma investors are in danger. Needle of suspicion points out towards Amar (Raviteja) who is on a secret mission.

To find out whether really Amar is targeting the FIDO pharma investors and also the Senator of the city and what is his connection with Akbar and Antony, who is event manager Pooja (Ileana), enjoy Amar Akbar Antony on screen.

Raviteja at times attracted with his performances showing variations in the three roles. However his face lost the glow though he showed his energy levels in the dances and fights. He also attracted with his timing.

Ileana who made her return to Tollywood with this film, put on weight and looked chubby. Her looks though OK disappointed movie lovers who expected her to be the slim waist beauty of the olden days. She is OK with her dubbing which she tried for the first time in Telugu but she couldn't recreate the magic in the dance movements.

None of the actors Tarun Arora, Aditya Menon, Vikram Jeet, Rajveer could elevate the villainism and they looked routine. Shayaji Shinde, Laya,Abhirami,Abimanyu Singh and others got limited roles to perform.

Vennela Kishore, Srinivas Reddy, Raghu Babu's comedy did not set the screens on fire and to some extent Sunil and Satya provided few laughs. Others performed their roles accordingly.

Thaman's music turned out to be routine and none of the songs attract movie lovers though shot lavishly. Even his BGM turned out to be loud.

Dileep attracted with his cinematography and it turned out to be the saving grace for the film.

Editing of MR.Varma turned out to be below average but he couldn't help because entire film had many unwanted scenes. Production values are good.

Plus Points

Raviteja to some extent

Couple of scenes

Minus Points

Story, Screenplay, Direction

Ileana's looks

Lack of chemistry between lead pair

Music, BGM

Lack of real twists and turns

Routine and illogical narration

Srinu Vytla who is known for his trademark comedy this time tried to attract movie lovers by repeating his magic with Raviteja.

Though Vytla came with an interesting plot and starts off on a good note, he quickly went back to his routine formula. Everything went for a toss with illogical scenes and routine narration and from then on it turned out to be an immense torture for the movie lovers.

He came with a story mixing the stories of hits films like Aparichithudu, Athanokkade etc and failed with his story, screenplay and direction. None of the roles got elevated on the scenes and many got the feeling that even serials and 80s comedy scenes could have been better than this film.

The film forget about A centers ,fails to attract B,C centers as they have watched even better films and the fault completely lies on Srinu Vytla. Wonder why and how Raviteja gave green signal to this substandard plot.

Final Talk

Amar Akbar Antony's Dissociative Identity Disorder gives triple torture in abundance.
