Sudheer (Sumanth Ashwin) pursues his education and in the process Bindu (Siddhi Idnani) after initial hatred, fall in love with him. When she expresses her love to Sudheer, he rejects giving her shock.
From then on shocking incidents happen in his life and to find out the secret behind the mysterious happenings and their connection to Nandu (Nandita Swetha), enjoy Prema Katha Chitram 2 on screen.
Sumanth Ashwin who impressed with his performance with Antaku Mundu Aa Tarvatha, pinned lot of hopes on this hit sequel. However except for growing hair and sporting a pony, he failed to attract with his performance. He failed miserably in coming with good expressions and emotions. Though he got a good role, he did not inspire confidence with his screen presence. He just passed through the motions trying to imitate Sudheer Babu and came with wooden expression irritating viewers.
Nandita Swetha who made a terrific impact in the first part, though got good presence, failed to attract with her antics. Except for wearing skimpy outfits and traditional saree, she got nothing much to do. Siddhi Idnani too got very limited screen presence and she too failed to attract viewers with her performance.
Others like Prabhas Sreenu, Vidyullekha Raman, Krishna Teju, NTV Sai irritated movie lovers with their antics.
Jeevan Babu came with couple of melodious songs. Over all he failed with his music. Background score turned out to be loud and irritated movie lovers. Cinematography of Ram Prasad is just average. It failed to elevate the scenes.
Editing of SB.Uddhav turned out to be mediocre. But one cannot find fault with him as the film has not even one single scene worth watching.
Director Hari Kishan should have worked on the story and should have shelved the sequel had he failed to come with better twists and turns. Production values are poor.

Mindless dialogues and cheap antics
Hari Kishan on debut tried to recreate the magic of Prema Katha Chitram with the sequel. He starts off narrating from where the first part ended, but within minutes he shows his cheap taste including vulgar dialogues and obscene antics in the name of comedy. It turned out irritating and the narration continued in the same vein, with the story, screenplay and direction going for a toss.
Hari Kishan instead of coming with a strong story and powerful narration, instead depended on cheap and obscene dialogues and acts to attract masses. But it backfired with in no time as within five minutes, viewers started running towards the exit doors.
Few enthusiasts however hoped that second half would turn better. But they got shocked as they are given even more immense torture with senseless narration. Not one character is written in a convincing manner and shown the same on screen. Hari Kishan stopped short of turning the sequel for the hit film into a B-grade adult film and this made movie lovers angry and furious for using the name of a hit film for his cheap and sadistic pleasure.
Prema Katha Chitram 2 - a sadistic torture.
