Hyderabad, Feb 3: Hearing on the bail petition of senior IAS officer B P Acharya, named as the first accused in the Emaar Properties scam, has been posted to February 6.

The bail petition of Acharya has come up before the CBI special court in Nampalli on Friday. CBI has filed a counter in the court opposing the bail. Judge Naga Maruti Sarma has posted the case for hearing further arguments to February 6.
