CBN plans to hold 'Youth conferences'
 
Hyderabad, Feb 1: The Main Opposition Telugu Desam Party has decided to hold youth conferences throughout the State to attract the youth towards politics.

In a statement, TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu has stated that the party would hold youth conferences at Visakhapatnam on February 8, at Vijayawada on February 9, at Tirupati on Februray 10 and Hyderabad on February 11, on a large scale. There would be demonstrations and rallies on the occasion, he said. Stating that a cleansing operation of corruption has started in the country, he said, it was a very welcome development.

Stating that the youth, who hold the key to the nation's future, should come into politics in a large way, he stated that this was the time to awaken them. Lamenting that some youths were getting inspired by corrupt persons, Naidu said that it was very dangerous trend to democracy. He said there

should be laws, banning corrupt leaders at least for two elections. 

Calling upon youth to join politics and his party, he said he would welcome any number of youngsters into his party.
