KCR worships Lord Shiva in Vemulawada Temple
 
Vemulawada (Karimnagar), Feb 20: On the occasion of Mahasivarathri festival, Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and MP Kalwakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao visited the Sri Rajarajeswaraswamy Temple here on Monday and special offered prayers to Lord Shiva. 

Speaking to media persons, KCR said that development of temples in Telangana region was not possible in the integrated State. He said that he prayed to the Lord to cause formation of Telangana State. He said that after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Telangana and Seemandhra States, they would acquire 100 acres for development of the temple. He exuded confidence that the people of the region would celebrate next Sivarathri festival in separate Telangana State only.

TRS floor leader in the Assembly Etela Rajendar, MLA T. Harish Rao, former MLA T. Rajaiah, MLC Naradasu Laxmana Rao and former MP Vinod Kumar also visited the temple.
