The video clip captures him pushing his limits, and reflecting on his disciplined fitness regime.

He captioned the post as, ‘Show up. Put in the work. Repeat.’

In the video, Anil also delivered a powerful monologue on consistency.

He said, ‘One of the most powerful forces in life is consistency, being able to do something, in moderation, over and over and over again. That’s how you start big movements, that’s how you get big results, that’s how you build a body, that’s how you build a business. Consistency is small wins every single day.’

The video further highlights the actor's belief that steady effort and repetition are crucial to achieving long-term success in any personal or professional domain.
