KTR drove out sister for property!

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has accused the BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) of driving out his own sister K. Kavitha from his house as he did not want to share property with her.

Addressing a public meeting in Mulugu, Revanth Reddy on Sunday also targeted Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).

"The father, who should have set right his son, was busy sleeping in his farmhouse. Will such people ever do any good for the women of Telangana?" he asked.

The Chief Minister was referring to the split in KCR family.

KCR's daughter K. Kavitha floated a new political party Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) recently after resigning from the BRS.

Revanth Reddy launched an attack on KTR while revealing how he respects Minister Seethakka as her one sister though they share the blood relation.

The Chief Minister alleged that another BRS leader and former Minister T. Harish Rao was performing occult puja to ensure there are no rains in Telangana.

"He wished for the people to suffer but God is on our side; He has blessed us with rains," Revanth Reddy said.

The Chief Minister along with State Congress President Mahesh Kumar Goud, and Ministers Seethakka, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, and Adluri Laxman Kumar inaugurated the new Collectorate complex in Mulugu.

Revanth Reddy, who earlier offered prayers at Samakka Sarakka temple, recalled that as Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President, he began 'padayatra' from Mulugu and every hamlet and village across the state to understand the people's issues and reassure them.

"With the people's blessings, the 'Indiramma Rajyam' (Indiramma's rule) has been established in the state. Seethakka is resolving your issues, standing by you like a sister," the Chief Minister said.

He claimed that the state government was moving forward with a concrete plan for women, the poor, and the unemployed.

Stating that adivasis are synonymous with hard work, Revanth Reddy said the region needs irrigation facilities to alleviate their hardships.

"We will conduct a special review of irrigation projects and sanction funds for their development," he added.

The Chief Minister said that the state government was taking necessary measures to provide technical skills to Adivasi youth.

He called for focus on education from nursery up to the 12th grade and subsequently on skill-based education.

"With the right skills, there are numerous opportunities in countries like Japan and Germany," CM Revanth Reddy added.
