Lawrence’s Rajinikanth Makeover in ‘Kanchana 4’ Goes Viral

Raghava Lawrence has created massive excitement among fans after unveiling his striking new look from Kanchana 4.

The actor-director shared the first look image on Instagram, where he appears in a style strongly reminiscent of his mentor Rajinikanth’s iconic Kaala avatar. Dressed in a black shirt with a white beard and black hair, Lawrence’s transformation has quickly gone viral on social media.

Captioning the post simply as “Loading,” Lawrence hinted at more surprises to come, further increasing anticipation for the film.

Apart from playing the lead role, Lawrence is also producing and directing the project from his own screenplay.

Kanchana 4 features a star-studded cast including Pooja Hegde, Nora Fatehi, Swaksha Iyer, Devadarshini, and Kamalesh Jagan. Nora Fatehi will be making her Tamil cinema debut with the film.

The movie will also feature Ramachandra Raju and Anand Raj in negative roles.

While the storyline remains under wraps, the project is being presented by Goldmines Telefilms head Manish Shah and Sun Pictures chief Kalanithi Maran.

Production of the film began in September, and expectations are high as the Kanchana franchise has been one of the most successful horror-comedy series in South Indian cinema.

Lawrence had earlier revealed that he plans to use his remuneration from the film to establish a school in his first house, adding an emotional touch to the project.
