One Song, One Year, Total Fire

One Song, One Year, Total Fire

It’s been a year since Rasha Thadani set screens buzzing with her electrifying debut in Uyi Amma from Azaad—and the heat hasn’t died down one bit. Celebrating the milestone, Rasha dropped a BTS video from the song shoot and thanked fans for turning the track into a viral favourite.

“1 year of Uyi Amma… and you all poured so much love into it,” Rasha wrote, calling the journey surreal and unforgettable. The peppy number, composed by Amit Trivedi, sung by Madhubanti Bagchi, and choreographed by Bosco Leslie Martis, became a breakout moment—announcing Rasha as a bold new face to watch.

With Azaad—directed by Abhishek Kapoor—also marking her big Bollywood entry, Rasha is now gearing up for her Tollywood debut with filmmaker Ajay Bhupathi (#AB4), while also lining up her next Hindi project Laikey Laikaa. One hit song, multiple industries calling—Rasha Thadani’s rise is just getting started.
