However, the special NDPS court noted that the mandatory legal provisions were not followed, making the freezing of the accounts invalid in law."},{"text":"The court subsequently directed the immediate defreezing of the bank accounts and allowed both siblings to operate them in accordance with Reserve Bank of India rules and
