"},{"text":"TCS will set up a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche under a five‑year strategic partnership for enabling AI services across the mobility value chain for Porsche."},{"text":"The Centre of Excellence will focus on industrialising use cases in several core technologies for the mobility sector."},{"text":"TCS said the acquisition deal is expected to close within three to four months, subject to regulatory approvals and will be executed through a TCS subsidiary, which will buy 100 per cent of MHP’s shares.
