Ramakrishna Rao, Special Chief Secretary, Municipal Affairs and Urban Development, Jayesh Ranjan, HMRL Managing Director, Sarfaraz Ahmad, and senior management of L&T and LTMRHL."},{"text":"The share purchase agreement was signed by Ahmad on behalf of the HMRL, D.K.
