Tiger Shroff takes a cold plunge after pack-up

Actor Tiger Shroff gave a glimpse of his action hero life by revealing his post pack-up recovery routine.

Known for his high-energy action sequences and dedication towards fitness, the ‘Heropanti’ actor revealed how he unwinds after long hours of shooting. Taking to social media, Tiger shared a video from his cold-water therapy session and called it his “post pack-up ritual.” He highlighted the importance of recovery after intense action-packed schedules.

In the video, the ‘Baaghi’ actor could be seen sitting in a tub of cold water with visible bruises on his face, hinting at the intensity of his action-packed schedule. Before taking the plunge, Tiger splashed some water on his face and reacted to the freezing temperature with his expressions. He also flaunted his chiselled abs and toned physique, giving a glimpse of the dedication behind his action hero image. For the caption, Tiger simply wrote, “Life of an action hero…Post pack up ritual #coldaf #recovery.”

The ‘War’ actor also added Daft Punk’s popular track “One More Time” to the video.

Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff was last seen in the action entertainer “Baaghi 4.” Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film featured Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Sandhu and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles, among others.

The actor will next be seen in the upcoming romantic entertainer “Lag Ja Gale,” where he will share screen space with Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya. The film marks Tiger’s first collaboration with both actors.

“Lag Ja Gale” is scheduled to release in theatres on May 14, 2027. Directed by Raj Mehta, the film is touted to be an action entertainer. “Lag Ja Gale” will be produced under the banner of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
