CBN offers prayers with family on Vinayaka Chavithi

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with his family members, offered prayers on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi on Monday.

The Chief Minister, his wife Bhuvaneswari and their grandson Devansh performed prayers at his residence.

The Chief Minister later posted on ‘X’ that 'puja' to Gananathudu, conducted together with family members, provided immense spiritual fulfilment. “Ganapati is a symbol of wisdom, discernment, and victory. It is our tradition to begin any auspicious undertaking with Vinayaka puja. The Chavithi celebrations, which remove obstacles and guide us on the righteous path, teach us social awareness and unity. They impart a sense of togetherness,” he wrote.

“It is our religious programs that guide society on the righteous path. Among them, the Vinayaka Chavithi celebrations held in various pandals are particularly special. The Chavithi festivities appear as enduring symbols of our culture and spiritual consciousness. May every home overflow with happiness and prosperity under the blessings of Vinayaka. Praying to Gananathudu that all obstacles to the state's development be removed and that Andhra Pradesh prospers abundantly, the Telugu people thrive with joy,” CM Chandrababu Naidu said.

He earlier conveyed his wishes to people on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi. He stated that the festival brings together people from all sections in one place. “I wholeheartedly wish that happiness and prosperity flourish in every family with the blessings of Vighneshwara. Let us continue our culture and traditions even more splendidly by worshipping clay Vinayaka idols and protecting the environment. I pray to Gananatha that no obstacles arise in the government's efforts for the welfare of the people and the development of the state. Vinayaka Chavithi greetings to all.”
