The Hero who Sang Praises of Madhuri

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan once showered warm praise on his co-star Madhuri Dixit, calling her “very talented, very good looking, and very easy to work with” during an old interview on the sets of Deewana Mujhsa Nahin. Speaking to Lehren TV, Aamir said he was doing two films with Madhuri at the time and admired her dedication and professionalism on set.

In the same interview, Aamir also spoke fondly about working with actresses Neelam Kothari and Juhi Chawla, highlighting his growing friendship with Juhi across multiple films. Deewana Mujhsa Nahin, directed by Y. Nageshwar Rao, starred Aamir as a serious, honest young man opposite Madhuri and marked one of the early collaborations that later culminated in the iconic hit Dil, making the duo one of Bollywood’s most loved on-screen pairs.
